CBD Naturae Balm 300mg Review

CBD Naturae are a new brand in the CBD circuit but they've really hit the ground running with this balm. For a small pot, this stuff packs a punch!

This balm has a lovely creamy consistency which spreads easily when warmed up from the heat of your hands. Ingredients wise it's as natural as can be and is incredibly moisturising due to containing shea, coconut, mango and cacao butter as well as vitamin E and sweet almond oil. This combination means the balm has a thicker consistency and as a result a little goes a long way. Furthermore, once rubbed in this balm doesn't leave any stickiness or residue which I really liked.

Containing 300mg of CBD, this balm definitely reduced my lower back pain. On lower pain days I would just apply this once in the morning to take the edge off but on higher pain days I would also apply it before bed. On average it took about 30 minutes for it to kick in; I would feel the tension in my back relax and my spasms would calm down. On good days this balm would make my pain would be non-existent and on high pain days it would reduce it to a dull ache.

I also used this balm when having an endometriosis flare that included bloating and found that when I rubbed it on my stomach it reduced the pain caused by the tension in my skin as well as soothing any spasms my body decided to grace me with. I'll definitely keep this product on my bedside table, it feels luxurious and helped to ease my daily and more severe flare pains.

CBD Naturae's Balm is £24.99 for 30ml.
