CBD One CBD Release Patches Review
If there's one thing I really like about CBD patches is that I can slap one on, forget about it and not have to worry about needing to top up as they should (hypothetically) release a steady stream of CBD rather than it fluctuating. Given the fact that I really enjoyed using CBD One's Select Blend, I decided to start using these patches in the transition period of returning to work after working from home.
Each patch contains 15mg of CBD which is slowly released between 12 to 36 hours. I found that to manage my pain it was best to replace the patch every 12-18 hours depending on how I was feeling that day. On a general basis these patches were enough to help relieve my day to day aches and pains linked to my endometriosis and definitely helped take the edge off an impending flare up. If I was having a particularly nasty flare, I found that wearing two patches at a time was enough to alleviate my pain.
The release of these patches was consistent and I didn't really feel a sudden tail off with the pain relief but as mentioned above, I found the optimum moment to replace them was around 12 hours but for individuals with less pain the duration might go up and vice versa if you have a higher level of pain. I also liked that these patches are very discreet; they're no bigger than a 50p coin and have just the right amount of stick without it feeling like you're waxing yourself upon removal.
Would I use them again? Absolutely. These were brilliant at helping managing my pain at work and I genuinely didn't have to worry about having a sudden pain flare as these patches very much kept my body under control. Plus they're super easy to throw into your handbag or the glove box in your car without taking up any space. When I can go on holiday again I'll definitely be taking a pack of these in my suitcase.
CBD One CBD Release Patches are £29.99 for a pack of 30.
