Haus Of 420 Moon Cycle Bath Bomb Review
This bath bomb is an absolute beast and I mean that in the best possible way. It's ginormous and it smells delicious without being overwhelming. Before I even dunked it into my bathtub I could smell the lavender and eucalyptus and just knew some good relaxation was going to follow.
Once popped into the water, this bath bomb fizzes and bubbles whilst turning the water a welcoming pinky/lilac milky colour. Now, I have to admit that I much prefer a shower to a bath but if I'm in the midst of a particularly nasty or endless flare, I'll have a soak. So why a CBD bath bomb? In short, a warm bath opens your pores which then allows the CBD to be absorbed into your blood stream. Haus of 420 recommend that you enjoy your bath for a minimum of 20 minutes to really benefit from the CBD; I soaked for about an hour because I fell asleep!
From an endometriosis point of view, I also liked that this bath bomb is specifically for those of us who struggle with menstrual cramps or any other sort of reproductive pain. It contains 50mg of CBD and lavender and eucalyptus essential oils which are well known for their relaxing properties. Haus of 420's bath bomb also includes clary sage which is often used to help relieve cramps and bloating.
During my bath I definitely felt more relaxed and felt the tension in my lower back and hips release to the point that when I went to bed, I didn't need to use a CBD muscle topical. I also found that I slept through the night without waking up due to my pain and felt more refreshed in the morning. The added bonus was that as well as helping my pain, it also made me smell really good so y'know, win win.
Haus Of 420'S Moon Cycle Bath Bomb 50mg is £9.00.
