Huna 6% CBD Oil Review

As previously stated in my review of Huna's 15mg CBD patches, I first connected with the company as part of an online CBD expo (words I never thought I would say, let alone twice within a relatively short period of time). And alongside said patches, I was also gifted their 6% (600mg) CBD oil to try.

Oils are my go to preferred method for taking CBD and I'm always excited to try new formulas. Huna's CBD oil is available in 6%,12%, 18% and 26% CBD strengths and contains nothing but CBD and coconut oil. With no flavouring, this oil has a pleasantly herby (almost earthy) taste with an underlying sweetness. I'm not a fan of strong tasting oils but this was subtle enough that it didn't leave a funky aftertaste and was easily washed away with my evening cup of tea.

Whilst this is a lower percentage CBD oil, I found that it did take the edge off my lower back and hip pain. Most days I would spread this out by taking 5 drops in the morning and 5 in the evening (totalling approximately 25mg) to ease my general pain. However, if I'd had a restless night due to muscle spasms and cramps, I would take 10 drops an hour before bed the day after. The focused CBD boost helped alleviate the aforementioned pain, ensured I got a better night's sleep and prevented a cycle of sleepless and painful nights from occurring.

If I were to use Huna's CBD oil again I would try a higher strength but that's simply my preference and what my body is used to. Would I recommend this oil? Definitely! It's a great all rounder regardless of whether you're new to CBD or have been using it for years.

Huna 6% CBD oil is £29.99 for 10ml.
