Planthaya Boost CBD Capsules Review
I always joke that if you shake me I'd rattle because of the amount of pills I have in my system so I liked the idea of taking CBD capsules as it would be easy to integrate into my routine. I previously went into detail about Planthaya in my review of their Balance drops so I had high expectations when it became time to start using their capsules.
Each bottle contains 100 capsules with each capsule containing 10mg of CBD. Now I will admit I purposely started to take these capsules when my pain levels were lower as I'm used to taking a slightly higher dose of CBD on a daily basis. Bearing that in mind, I took 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening which works out at 40mg of CBD a day. Each capsule also contains small amounts of omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as potassium, calcium and magnesium.
These capsules are on the larger size (the same as cold and flu or antibiotic capsules) but they did easily wash down with a glass of water. Being capsules, there's no taste to them but should you wish to get to the contents, they do pop open so you can add the powder inside to your drink or food. If you're someone who doesn't like the taste of CBD oils, then these are a great way to get it into your system, plus they're vegan.
I liked how easy these were to incorporate into my routine and unlike CBD oils, you don't have to wait 30-60 seconds before swallowing them. As aforementioned, I took these when my pain was at a lower level but they were still effective. My lower back pain became non-existent on low pain days and they definitely reduced my uterine spasms. I would say that these are a great entry level choice for people new to CBD or individuals who prefer not to taste their CBD products.
Planthaya Boost CBD Capsules are £34.99 for 100 capsules.
