Una CBD Patches Review

It's been a while since I've had the opportunity to use CBD patches but based on my limited prior experience I've found that they're incredibly useful if you need your CBD to be administered discretely or slow released over a set period of time.

Una Patches are a company with a mission and considering how bloody awful things are in the world at the moment, it's nice when there's more to a company than just their product. What do I mean? Well, Una Patches are zero waste, come in fully recyclable packaging and the patches are biodegradable.

The patches are a little bit bigger than a 50 pence piece and are transparent, very similar in texture to blister plasters but thinner. As a result they're incredibly discreet and I had no issues with them falling off or sticking to my clothing; these suckers stay stuck (but were easily removed when I had a shower!)

Each patch contains 8mg of CBD which is slowly released over 24 hours, they're also vegan, THC free and waterproof. The recommendation for these patches is to start with one a day but as I'm used to a higher dosage, I started with two which I replaced once a day. I experimented with placing these on different parts of my body but found they worked effectively regardless of where they were. Just for ease, I usually stuck one on my hip and the other on the inside of my upper arm.

With a consistent amount of CBD being released throughout the day, these patches helped to keep a lid on the ever present threat of a flare up, as well as helping to reduce my sciatica and radiating hip pain. These were a blessing at work, especially when I knew I was going to be on my feet all day and I'll definitely keep a packet on my desk for the future.

Una Patches are £29.99 for a box of 30.
